This policy explains what personal information Fathom Commerce (“we,” “us”) collects through fathomcommerce.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us through the contact form:

Your name, company, and email address.

Any message you write about your AI challenge or goals.

If you use the Depth Check and choose to send yourself the results, the depth level for each dimension, your name, company, and email, the company details you select (industry, size, revenue band, geography, sales model, and your role), and whether you asked us to follow up. Your answers are scored in your browser and are not sent to us unless you submit that form.

Our hosting provider may also automatically log technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. This is standard for any website.

How we use it

To read and respond to your inquiry.

To discuss whether and how we might work together.

To keep a record of our correspondence with you.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who handles it

This site is hosted on Netlify, which also receives and stores contact form submissions on our behalf. Page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests them from Google and Google may receive your IP address. We do not share your information with anyone else except where the law requires it.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics tools. If that changes, we will update this policy before it does.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a business relationship with you, and then delete them within a reasonable time. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act. To make a request, contact us through the form on our website and mention that it is a privacy request.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection, and submissions are stored with our hosting provider. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
